Partner Directory
Everything the Partner Directory holds for one partner on one screen. The API and SAP’s own tooling only show one kind of entry at a time.
What it shows
Section titled “What it shows”- Left, the partners, with a count of what each has. The search takes several words and looks everywhere: the partner ID, alternative IDs (agency, scheme, ID), string parameters (ID and value), binary parameters and authorized users. So you can paste a GLN, a customer number or an endpoint and find the partner it belongs to.
- Right, the chosen partner: alternative IDs, string parameters, binary parameters, authorized users and credential parameters, each in its own table.
- Binary parameters open in the page when they are text (XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON, plain text), and every binary parameter can be downloaded, to check what a flow really picks up at runtime.
- When and by whom an entry was last changed.
- Export CSV writes the listed partners, one row per entry, for a review with the business or to compare two tenants in a spreadsheet.
The chosen partner and the search are part of the URL, so a view can be shared as a link.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- The tool is read-only. It does not create or change entries.
- The password of a credential parameter is never shown; Cloud Integration does not return it.
- Binary content and credential parameters are not part of the CSV export.
- The directory is read live from the tenant. Nothing is stored.
